Project summary

This project produced a holistic prenatal system (physical kit + mobile app). The mobile companion provides weekly guided exercise routines (with explanatory ergonomics videos), relaxation and breathing practices, and storage of pregnancy data so users can practice at home while preserving the feel and visual language of the physical kit. The mobile app was validated with experts (doulas) and users and iterated based on those results.

Design a mobile companion that complements a prenatal product kit by delivering weekly guided routines, ergonomics videos, and progress tracking to increase confidence and reduce fear before childbirth.
